We are so proud to announce the latest instructor to join our ranks. Rebecca Ringquist makes her Creativebug debut with two embroidery classes that we know you’ll love.
Rebecca is an embroidery master, as evidenced by the stunning fine art she creates through hand stitching and machine stitching over found embroidery. Check out her trailer to see more of her work and her process.
If you have ever tried to learn embroidery stitches from a book and it ended up making your brain hurt, these classes are for you. Rebecca starts with basic straight stitches and then helps you master decorative and knotted stitches. Her second workshop (which will release later this week) shows you how to transfer designs onto cloth and layer them over vintage embroidery to open a whole new world of artistic possibilities.
