She even shares a fun variation, perfect for the holidays – a bulky scarf with festive pompom adornments. 1. Fast-forward towards the end for a GREAT tutorial on how to join the cast-on and cast-off edges on ANY scarf, not just an arm-knitted scarf. The huge stitches on this scarf make it very easy to see how to zig-zag stitch the edges to make an infinity scarf!
